Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Our products are perishable food items, so we follow a strict no-return policy. Genuine problems are always resolved — here is exactly how.

1. No returns or exchanges

Dates, dry fruits, honey and other food products are perishable and hygiene-sensitive. Once delivered, products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference or ordering by mistake.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered, expired, or you received a wrong item, we will help you:

  1. Record an unboxing (opening) video. Please record one continuous video while opening the sealed package, clearly showing the shipping label, the seal and the product from start to end. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
  2. Contact the owner within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp/phone +91 98981 00331 or email owaisrazagujarat@gmail.com with your order number, the unboxing video and clear photos.
  3. Verification. Our team reviews the video and photos. If the issue is found to be genuine, we will offer a free replacement or a refund. If the claim is not genuine or the video is missing, the request will be declined.

3. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through our payment partner Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank.

4. Order cancellation

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp/phone or email. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom, personalised and bulk/corporate gift orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or the address is not serviceable; in that case you receive a full refund.
