Every order is hand-packed in Surat in sealed, protective packaging and shipped through trusted courier partners across India.

1. Shipping coverage

We currently ship to serviceable pincodes across India only.

2. Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
A flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

3. Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

4. Delivery time

Surat: 1–2 business days
Gujarat & Mumbai: 2–4 business days
Metro cities: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals or remote locations.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.

6. Address & delivery attempts

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged parcels
