Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed at our Surat cellar in sealed, insulated packaging and dispatched through trusted courier partners across India.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹99 courier charge applies below that.
  • Dispatch: within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation.
  • Delivery time: Surat 1–2 days • Gujarat & Mumbai 2–3 days • metro cities 3–5 days • rest of India 4–7 days.
  • Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable pincodes. For very high-value orders we may confirm by phone before dispatch.

Tracking details are shared by SMS/email once your order ships.

Freshness Guarantee & Returns

As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is fully protected:

  • Damaged, leaking or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/unboxing video on WhatsApp or email.
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method (or bank/UPI for COD orders) within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Natural variations — date colour, crystallisation in raw honey or slight size differences — are signs of natural produce and are not defects.
Heritage Provenance

Purity & Quality

We source directly from trusted growers and apiaries and never blend grades. Our products contain no added glucose glazing, artificial colours or preservatives unless clearly stated on the label. Every batch is visually graded and sealed in food-grade packaging at our Surat facility.

Privacy & Payments

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order — name, contact details and address. We never sell or rent your data.

  • Online payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; we never see or store your full card details.
  • We may send order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you can opt out anytime.

Enterprise Gifting

Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Custom gift boxes start from a minimum of 25 boxes; please book at least 10 business days in advance (longer during Ramadan, Eid and Diwali).
  • GST tax invoices are provided on request with your company GSTIN.
  • We can deliver to multiple addresses across India from a single recipient list.
  • Custom orders are confirmed with an advance payment and are non-refundable once production begins.
